Current Projects

Claremont Hall presents a unique and exclusive opportunity for a limited number of discerning home owners to enjoy their very own piece of living history and become part of a future legacy. Individually designed and based on the layout of the Georgian mansion, each apartment takes its own specific identity from the original plans and layout. Special features are retained and cleverly adapted to add interest.

Bents House – Formerly a Georgian residence built in circa 1820 has been restored to use as quality offices. The out buildings and grounds are currently under construction to form high class office accommodation within a conservation area.

Tenterhouse Court, Denby – Extension and alterations to a converted farm building within the cartilage of a listed building circa. 1599

Brighton House – A two storey extension and internal alteration to a Victorian residence.
